API-first
The platform is built from the outset as separate, scalable modules, so that services can be added without rebuilding the system.
No release without testing
No version is considered approved until it has been tested and its test results have been documented.
Privacy and security by design
Two principles the platform is designed around from day one, not a layer added later.
Arabic first
Right-to-left text is a design constraint that affects layout, icons, dates and numbers, not a setting added later.
Designed for weak networks
The experience is designed first for weak or intermittent networks.
Separate, licensed payments
Payments are designed to be completely separate from business logic, and they run through licensed providers.
Intelligence on top of the platform
The AI layer is built on top of the platform, not as a separate app.
