We use your details only to reply to your message. They are stored on SAAFER’s servers and delivered to its team’s mailbox, and they are not shared with any other party.

We don’t store transcripts of your conversations with the SAAFER Guide. For each reply we log only anonymous usage data: time, language, page, model, token counts, latency, handoff type and error code. Your IP address is kept only as a hash whose salt changes daily. The conversation stays in your own browser tab (session storage) and is cleared by “New chat” or by closing the tab. Please don’t share passport, ID, card or bank details, or passwords. To write each reply, your messages are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude.
