- API-first
- The platform is built from the outset as separate, scalable modules, so that services can be added without rebuilding the system.
- No release without testing
- No version is considered approved until it has been tested and its test results have been documented.
- Privacy and security by design
- Two principles the platform is designed around from day one, not a layer added later.
- Arabic first
- Right-to-left text is a design constraint that affects layout, icons, dates and numbers, not a setting added later.
- Designed for weak networks
- The experience is designed first for weak or intermittent networks.
